All Products are Shipped with Free Delivery!

One of the greatest benefit when buying from Memorials.com is that we offer Free Ground Shipping on all our Products to the 48 Contiguous United States! This applies to regular ground delivery shipments only. This makes us different from other companies which will charge you extra when you are checking out.

Most Shipments & Deliveries are sent signature required with USPS, UPS or FedEx -- (No P.O. Box deliveries - we can ship to your work or even neighbor).

Cremation Urns & Cremation Jewelry:
Cremation Urns and Cremation Pendants are shipped free of charge with ground delivery (usually delivery time is 3-7 business days - estimate). Products ship usually the same day or next business day; via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most products are shipped signature required (you can have them shipped to your work as well).

Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery:
Can be shipped (if in stock) with Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery - ordering with expedited shipping is no guarantee for a certain delivery day (see chart below - estimated). Orders to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery must be ordered by 12:00PM CST; orders received after 12:00PM may ship the next business day (Delivery may take until the end of the business day). Customized or engraved items may be delayed, because of the engraving. Please use the chart below to see when to expect the estimated delivery.

Expedited Delivery Chart:

Caskets:
Caskets are shipped with FREE of charge regular ground delivery within 1-2 business days (usually ground delivery is 2-6 business days. Caskets are shipped Free in the Continuous 48 United States (we usually do not ship caskets outside the US).

Expedited Delivery Chart:

Headstones & Grave Markers:
Headstones & Grave Markers are shipped by freight truck, the reason being our headstones weigh between 120 lbs. to 700 lbs. The expected delivery time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive cemetery approval. Please be aware if a lift gate is needed for unloading the grave marker this charge will be added to your total (Note: It is very rare that a lift gate is needed).

Cemetery Delivery: Will usually accept the delivery of the headstones. If a cemetery has a sales office where they sell headstones and maintenance ground crew they should be able to accept our headstones and install the memorial (Installation fees usually apply). Someone will have to sign for the delivery.
Rural and Church Cemeteries: May not be staffed during normal business hours and equipped to accept the delivery of headstones. We can not deliver to unattended cemeteries; in case you don't know just call the cemetery and ask if they will accept delivery.

Business or Home Delivery: Can be accepted by any person dedicated above age 18, please be aware of the weight of a headstone or grave marker. On home deliveries if the stone is heavy (companion marker and upright markers) we might need a lift gate and there is an additional lift gate charge (we will let you know if a lift gate is needed).

Note:

• Are shipped FREE in the Continuous 48 United States (there might be an additional Delivery charge for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada).
• All Production, Schedules and Shipping Dates are estimates (please don't make plans until you know the stone has been installed at the cemetery).
   

Memorial Rocks:
Memorial Rocks are shipped with FedEx or UPS and require a signature with the delivery; all memorial rocks are shipped Free of charge. Memorial Rocks can be expedited but there is no guarantee on certain delivery dates (the bronze manufacturing is very difficult)
 

Flag Cases:
Flag Cases usually ship the same day or next business day. All flag cases and accessories are shipped with UPS; all flag cases are shipped Free of charge.
 

Statues:
Statues usually ship within 2-5 business days depending on availability (in case the statues are not in stock it may take 4-8 weeks depending on oversea delivery). Large statues are shipped by Freight Company; small statues are shipped with UPS; all statues are shipped Free of charge.
 

Keepsakes:
Keepsakes usually ship the same day or next business day. All keepsakes are shipped with FedEx, UPS or USPS; all keepsakes are shipped Free of charge.
 

Ceramic Pictures:
Ceramic Pictures usually take 15-19 business days from the day we receive the order with the picture by e-mail and the picture was approved for production (Mail Orders may take 4-5 weeks). All ceramic pictures orders are shipped with FedEx Overnight Delivery once finished; all ceramic pictures are shipped Free of charge.

International Delivery:
Memorials.com will only ship to certain countries. For information on International deliveries contact us at: support@memorials.com. All International Deliveries can not be expedited and may require an additional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of our International customers (we don't have those fees available and recommend you contacting your responsible authorities).

Canada Delivery:
Canadian Orders have a surcharge for the Shipping! We will let you know once your order has been placed (via e-mail) how much extra the shipping will be and you will need to approve it (not to worry, its a real quote not an overcharge quote), before we process the order. Items such as Cremation Urns or Cremation Jewelry take approximately 7-14 days for ground delivery (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer). In case you refuse your package for any reason other than damage you are responsible for all the shipping and custom charges (to you and back).

• European Delivery: All European orders will have a shipping and handling fee (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer). In case you refuse your package for any reason other than damage you are responsible for all the shipping charges (to you and back).
   
• Mexico Delivery: All Mexican orders will have a shipping and handling fee (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer). In case you refuse your package for any reason other than damage you are responsible for all the shipping charges (to you and back).
   
• Australia Delivery: All Australian orders will have a shipping and handling fee (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer). In case you refuse your package for any reason other than damage you are responsible for all the shipping charges (to you and back).
   
• United Kingdom Delivery: All British (England, Scotland, Ireland) orders will have a shipping and handling fee (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer). In case you refuse your package for any reason other than damage you are responsible for all the shipping charges (to you and back).
