"I was very pleased with the quality of the product. They only suggestion I could make would be to make the eyes more realistic. They were dull and had a very small amount of some kind of glue that I removed. But absolutely no complaints."Ed Vargas

"The first urn I received was damaged due to packaging (not shipping). The replacement process was effortless and the customer service reps were wonderful. The 2nd urn I received had slight damage to one ear as well. I believe it was done by the way the manufacturer placed it in the original box. I chose to keep the imperfect urn and not return it though I am sure it wouldn't have been a problem given how I was treated the first time.
