I was on a tight time frame, and needed to know if the urn was in stock, get it engraved, and shipped overnight to get to me in 3 days max. The girl checked with the warehouse, the engraver and shipping. She confirmed it could be done, and got the urn to me and my family one day ahead of schedule to boot.
