"I got this as a gift back in 2010. I love the look. Overall, I have been very happy with the necklace. When I added the ashes and attempted to screw the top on, it wouldn't turn all the way and is permanently crooked. Also about a year or two later the onyx part fell off. I super glued it back on and it has stayed on since then. I've had it for about 6 years. The chain would pull my hair a lot.
