"I ordered a necklace for my mother as a Christmas gift. After unpacking my item, I set the packaging on the table and walked away to admire my purchase. Upon returning to the table, I had to do a double take because on the bubble wrap was a yellow post it note that said, "Happy Holidays". I was shocked to see that an employee of this company took the time to hand write a note and place it on the packaging. This made the gift all the more personal and I felt compelled to contact the company to thank them. I spoke with a woman and she was a pleasure to speak with. Unfortunate circumstances lead to purchases like this, but I will plan to keep this company in mind for a very long time.
