Excellent Customer Service"I ordered the Dallas Wood Cremation Urn but was sent a larger urn. I called customer service and she immediately called the factory and found they sent the larger one instead because majority of people wanted a larger urn. I had ordered that urn because I needed a smaller one to place in a niche where I was given specific dimensions. The customer service rep immediately had the factory make and send me the size I desired and the return of the first urn shipped back for free.
