Customer Service!"The product was lovely but this comment is really about your customer service. I had a lot of questions about this vault; measurements, durability, should it be glued or just use the clips supplied, etc. etc. Your customer service people contacted the warehouse, the manufacturer and everybody in between to get the information for me, usually I had my answer on the same day. I wish I had written down the names of the people who helped me so I could thank them personally, especially the lady. My emotions and nerves were pretty raw and she did a great job, genuinely kind and helpful.
