Beautiful Keepsake Urn"This was a beautiful Keepsake Urn. Just was not expecting it to be a Keepsake Urn, I thought the word Keepsake was the name brand. The regular price was listed as several hundred dollars (can't remember exact) and the sale price was $19.99. Which may me think it was just a clearance Urn or a possible damaged urn, I was very surprised when it was a Keepsake size. The original price was what deceived me into thinking it was a regular size urn. I didn't understand what the word "Keepsake" meant, this was the first time ever ordering anything like this. The company was wonderful letting me return it, and understood why I would have thought it was a regular size Urn, based on what the original price was advertised. Over-all, I was completely satisfied with the customer service. I would order again with this company, now that I know more what to look for when ordering."S. Sherrill
