Rose Urn"The Box was completely torn up. I'm happy that the urn itself was not damaged. I was hurt because I thought more care would be put into the packaging of Shelby's forever home. Other than that I love what we picked out for her and I would recommend this to others. But can you PLEASE fix the quality of the packages... You have such a nice thing going that I think more quality and care should be put into the delivery of the items you sell.
