Excellent Customer Service"I’m delighted! While searching for Masonic urns I came upon this site and found an urn shaped as the Shriner’s fez. With my husband being a past Potentate of Alee Shrine in Savannah, Georgia, I knew this urn would be perfect for his ashes. A rep called me from the Memorials company about a short delay in shipping to me as they wanted the quality of the workmanship to be perfect. Of course I cried sharing about my husband being a past Pitentate and wishing I had found the urn prior to his passing so he could see it as I knew he would be thrilled with it as much as I am. The rep was so sweet and offered her condolences. The urn arrived a few days later wrapped and wrapped and wrapped to protect the urn. It is perfect. I love it.
