Excellent customer service with a customized product"I could not find the cremation urn I had in mind on any other website or cremation urn catalog. It was not on the Memorials.com website either. But the staff at Memorials.com were MOST accommodating in working with me to adapt one of their products to personalize it and meet my needs. The urn was shipped promptly, despite the fact that it was customized. When I received the urn I noticed the placement of the etching was not as it was shown on the proof. I called that error to their attention. They immediately sent out another urn that was exactly right. I could not be more impressed with their responsiveness, customer service and sensitivity.
