Although disappointed that our preferred finish was out of stock, I give many credits for good customer service to Debbie. She served as the intermediary between me and the supplier to find the style we wanted in an available finish. In addition, the website was promptly updated and appeared to have out-of-stock items removed. The second choice urn was ordered and sent promptly.
