Excellent"The whole process was great. Ordering was easy, I uploaded a photo, was given a chance to approve the design. And wow the finished product was amazing. It was shipped extremely well padded and in a very nice sturdy box. The artist did such a perfectly wonderful job. We have been giving your website all around and when we mentioned it to our vet, she wanted to see all the info and showed her a pic of our final product. She was very impressed.
