Good company. Very good Customer Service."The first urn I received was damaged due to packaging (not shipping). The replacement process was effortless and the customer service reps were wonderful. The 2nd urn I received had slight damage to one ear as well. I believe it was done by the way the manufacturer placed it in the original box. I chose to keep the imperfect urn and not return it though I am sure it wouldn't have been a problem given how I was treated the first time.
